The Training Seminar on An Overview of Parliamentary Responsibilities: Strengthening the Institutions intends to strengthen the theoretical and practical knowledge of parliamentary staff, and eventually parliamentarians, from participating AIPA Member Parliaments; facilitate networking opportunities; and facilitate the acquisition and consolidation of specific skills and exchange of good parliamentary practice between Parliaments (North-South and Regional/South-South).
