Programme Overview

PCAsia programme on Fiscal Analysis Capacity Training (FACT) aims to contribute to improve the capacity of the parliamentary staff in performing fiscal analysis-related tasks in support of the oversight functions of the Parliament. In 2023, PCAsia organised the FACT to Assess Health Emergency Responses Programme with the training courses delivered by local, regional and international experts in the relevant fields and experience of economics, finance, and parliamentary budget offices.   There were 11 participants attending the programme, 5 of them were from the Senate and the National Assembly of Cambodia, 1 from the House of Representatives of Thailand, 4 from the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia, and 1 from the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines
