Parliamentary Diplomacy Programme
PCAsia-PPD’s aim is to strengthen the capacity of parliamentary staff to better support the diplomacy work of their Parliaments. The main objective of the PCAsia-PPD is to provide trainees with knowledge, skills and techniques that will enable them to better support Parliamentarians in their increasing role in international/foreign affairs, and in particular in inter-parliamentary meetings (AIPA General Assembly, WAIPA and its Coordinating Meeting, IPU, etc.).
Schedule: 10 March 2025 to 9 May 2025
Delivery mode: Blended learning: Online (Hybrid Mode: Modules I and II will be delivered in a combination of online and onsite formats) and Face to Face (Module III will be conducted entirely in person in Cambodia for all trainees).
Participants
The programme is designed for parliamentary staff from AIPA Member Parliaments, with an expected participation of approximately 20 trainees.
